Designed in 1906 by Georg Jensen himself, the Continental cutlery pattern was the first majorcutlery range to emerge from the fledgling silver smithy that was established two years earlierin 1904. In designing Continental, Georg Jensen was inspired by the forms of traditionaland centuries-old Nordic tools and implements. The lightly hammered surfaceenhances the design giving it depth and a unique beauty that is exclusive to silver.
